Data exploitation: Compelling in data scraping, harvesting, or unauthorized data extraction is prohibited and the same shall be strictly construed at our end and would also warrant strict legal action against the one violating the same.
Your content linked through shared backlinks does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or applicable regulations.
All backlinks buildings are placed in good faith and do not constitute manipulative or deceptive SEO practices.
You shall comply with all relevant laws governing online content and link-building strategies.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LazyBacklinker total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for subscription services and that too would be only given after due investigation at our end when it is found that you have not done anything which is in contravention to the given terms and conditions and which violates ethical and legal standards of the industry.
Further, it is made clear that if due to activity performed on our website/platform or any incidental or ancillary services offered or due to backlink services provided or due to any third party act there is a change in the SEO Ranking of the user, then we shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever. Subscription Fees: Fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Price Adjustments: LazyBacklinker may modify subscription pricing with 10 days' notice. Continuing use after such notice signifies your acceptance of the new pricing and also if there is any upgrade with the subscription plan then the price will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis and benefit shall be provided for the subscription already paid.
